I love these pink yellow clouds low on the horizon. Colors of morning light. Quick to pass. Magical ‘openings’.
As an outdoor painter you’ll have the benefit to commune with nature directly. Especially these days, I think it’s the smartest thing to do: go outside, put the easel where you want to paint the landscape.
It’s not about creating a perfect translation of a view, scene or landscape. It’s about being there, translating the experience.
Turquoises are so welcome in painting! I like to use a viridian for these.
