It can clear as fast as it can turn rainy at the beach.
Here such a beautiful day. Nobody swimming as it was painted in cold Spring, but one child there, it makes the painting.
Beautiful bright saturated colors in the ocean. Our sea is showing less muddiness these days.
Here below some pics from the scene.
Said it so often: the benefits of windy, cold, rainy days: not too many people, it’s just you+nature.
Many of you will look out your window or view some weather app radar thing, and if you see the chances of rain there, you won’t go to the beach.
That’s a mis! Yes mistake.
Because ‘chances’ of rain can mean 1 minute. Or even 10. Or zero. And it’s most beautiful just before or just after the rain. Don’t fear it. Be open to the moment. Commit to: "Rain or Shine" I'm going then and then. Or now!
You can duct tape an umbrella to the easel, so the painting will be able to keep rain out unless there is heavy winds. You can stand against the wind or take a short coffee break. You'll see the sun come out again. Or not. And just create a beautiful grey painting. It's ALL good. The moment you see this, you're freed.
Of all the hundreds of times I've been at the beach there might only be 1 time it wasn't possible at all to paint because of the weather. In all of my classes plus all individual visits. That says something! :)
