California Morning Light
The Beauty of Dawn: California Morning Light-Effect on Carmel Beach.
We as Painters travel through different fascinations, moving from one to the next.
Being fascinated brings us time to study it, dedicating time to it and finding ways to express it.
I really got fascinated by the sunrise a year ago. Glad I could use it to get up early here too. Fascination is Motivation!
Because who sets his alarm to 5 AM when 'on holiday'?
The only downside: Didn't get my coffee before work. (Too early, kitchen closed.) Next time I'll bring the water boiler. After I finished up I returned to the hotel where I could feast on coffee.
