Landscape with Cows 'Time to go Home'
Yes so happy they're out again for the season.
So we went painting in the evening and just caught the cows going back indoors. A special painting as this is the First with cows for 2015 and probably my first sunset with cows painting ever.

I always start with the part that is most likely to disappear first, in this case, the cows walking back to their stable. Having an estimated size, where their backs end <> versus the horizon line, these things. Then it's about racing to get enough of them in, in the right colors.
When the last one was gone, I focussed on the sky, ditch, grass and more evening colors and I could finish this painting.
