Accentuating Darks
Grey = Good.
I love this boat painting. If you hold it in your hands the edges of the sails light up because of the thickness of paint. These are hard things to get on camera.
It's cool to sometimes go really dark in your color choices, accentuating the threatening sky, something most phones cannot photograph, always increasing light and contrast. Painting rules!
