Seascape & Sand Effects

Where is the Light - and where is it not?

I like to focus on the light when I paint my landscapes.
Here the light is in the top 1/3, going into the shallow waters.

Sand Effects: The texture of the sand was fun to paint.
Those curves and puddle textures. For this I use the knife & brush. There are even birds in, and of course a favourite horse carriage. The sulkies are welcome guests.
